Third-Party Services
Ida integrates with third-party AI services (Groq, OpenAI, AssemblyAI) that have their own privacy policies. By using Ida, you acknowledge that your data will be processed by these services according to their terms.
Google Data Usage
Ida's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Calendar
If you enable Google Calendar integration, Ida will request read-only access to your calendar to provide meeting notifications and context-aware recommendations. Calendar data is processed locally on your device and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
Google Drive and Google Docs
If you grant Google Drive and Docs permissions, Ida may access documents you explicitly choose to index for search and AI recommendations. Ida only accesses files you select and does not automatically access or index your entire Drive. Document content is processed locally and may be sent to AI service providers (Groq, OpenAI) solely for the purpose of generating embeddings and providing AI-powered features. We do not store your Google Drive or Docs content on our servers.
Data Access Scope: Ida only requests the minimum necessary permissions and uses your Google data exclusively for the features you enable. You can revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions page.

You have the right to:
- Access and export your data (all data is stored locally by default)
- Delete your data by uninstalling the application
- Opt out of sync features
- Disable specific AI integrations
